Who We Are

The owner of Pharmacy Setup Consulting has 18 years of hands-on experience in the pharmacy industry — not as an advisor on the outside, but as an actual owner and operator of independent pharmacies. He has personally opened and run his own stores, which means he understands the real pressures, real timelines, and real costs that come with building a pharmacy from scratch.

Over his career, he has opened over 50 independent pharmacies across Pennsylvania and New Jersey — managing every phase from lease negotiation and buildout to DEA registration, state licensing, wholesale setup, and opening day operations. He has also consulted and helped credential pharmacies in most states across the country, assisting owners with DEA and state board issues, ownership transfers, regulatory compliance, and more.
