Can you take over if we've already started?

What states do you work in?
We primarily serve Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware — where we have deep regulatory expertise and established relationships with state boards. For full turnkey pharmacy setup, we operate exclusively in PA, NJ, and DE. That said, we have contacts and the ability to help credential and license pharmacies in all 50 states, including DEA registration, NPI, NCPDP, and Medicare & Medicaid credentialing. We also assist with regulatory issues and ownership transfer processes nationwide.
Do I need to be a pharmacist to hire you?
No. You need a licensed Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), but the pharmacy owner does not need to be a pharmacist. We help non-pharmacist owners navigate the entire process.
Do you help with financing?
We can connect you with pharmacy-focused lenders and SBA loan resources, though we do not directly provide financing. We help you understand the capital requirements early in the process.
